EN: That's like you woke up from hibernation and realized that Ukrainian Fashion Week in a week! Even though we wrote an announcement, time flies so fast that sometimes you lose his count. The team of UFW has been thinking a lot about the appropriateness of this event in this difficult time for Ukraine, and has decided that it is very important and necessary for designers first of all. Do you remember that we "spied" on how Ukrainian designers were preparing for fashion shows half a year ago? There is a week before the start of new season and we decided to repeat it. When you bring together all the pictures from thier instagram you can see all the stages of making the new collection: from finding inspiration, creating sketches and buying fabrics to sewing, creating lookbooks and presenting it to international buyers and journalists. We are intrigued, aren't you? :)
RU: Вот так "просыпаешься" от зимней спячки и осознаешь, что Ukrainian Fashion Week уже через неделю! Вроде бы и анонс писали, но время летит так быстро, что иногда теряешь его счет. Организаторы мероприятия долго думали об уместности его проведения в столь трудное для Украины время, но решили, что в первую очередь, это важно и нужно для самих дизайнеров. Помните, как пол года назад мы вместе "подсматривали" за подготовкой украинских дизайнеров к показам? До нового сезона осталась неделя, и мы решили повторить! Собрав картинки воедино, можно проследить все этапы: от поиска вдохновения, создания эскизов и выбора тканей до пошива, создания лукбука и представления коллекций на международных выставках. Мы уже заинтригованы, а вы? :)
